Placing Calls with a Scope Telecomms card
Once you have opened a Scope Prepaid account account, you can easily make calls at great low rates. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Dial 15925 from Abuja or 09 15925 from anywhere outside Abuja and listen for the greeting.
  2. When prompted, dial your 12-digit account number.
  3. For calls, dial country code + the number you wish to call, when prompted. E.g. for U.S. and Canada, dial 1 + country code+ local number.
    It’s that simple! And, before each call connects, you will hear your account balance and minutes remaining.

No-PIN Dialing
Scope Telecomms No-PIN Dialing feature allows you to connect to your calls faster. Register your phone number or get the Auto-dialer device installed on your phone (call customer care for more information) and you will no longer be prompted for your Account Number and PIN when calling from your phone. Simply dial the access number, and then dial the phone number you would like to call.
Please note:
This is a speed dial feature. No-PIN Dialing may not work with some phone systems, or mobile services.

Auto-Recharge
Never run out of talk time with Scope Telecomms Auto-Recharge feature. Your can choose to have your account automatically replenished -- you determine how much to add and when to add! Whenever your balance falls below the selected amount, the credit card you have on file will be charged automatically.

Scope Telecomms phone cards are not recharge phone cards like MTN or Celtel; where the minutes are loaded onto a specific phone. With Scope Telecomms phone cards, your minutes are on the cards and not the specific phone you are using.

Yes. You can use it to send faxes. Follow the dialing instructions and when prompted for the number you wish to call, enter the recipient's fax number. Then press Send or Start on your fax machine once the call connects.
